How do you expect anyone to be able to get the documents they need if the social security office telephone number can never be reached and you can't speak to a live person? Don't bother driving up there bc they refuse to help in any way. Security just refers you back to the telephone number that is always busy. Its pretty shameful I have a military vet that's needs nursing home care and is unable to recieve it bc we can't get a social security card for him. Our goverment and the people in charge of the social security administration should be ashamed of themselves that they make it impossible to deal with them or get any service done of any type that you may need because of their incompetence.

The wait time was short. Granted, I went in the middle of the weekday. The woman who helped me was quick and efficient. She got through a bunch of people well. Definitely fill out the form for getting a new social security card online before you go! It takes just a minute to get everything confirmed if you do.

The people here literally don't want to do their job or listen to what you're saying. It's pointless going in.

I was at this facility today and my experience was rather pleasant. There was one lady that was being helped by a gentleman on the other side of the counter. There was no one else there so I was next in line. I was there to change my last name and my documents were in order. The gentleman that helped me was thorough and capable. I was there 10 minutes—top! For future SS needs, this facility will be my go to!

The security guard was SOOO helpful with keeping everyone moving in and out of the building! THAT visit would've been horrible without the security guard helping us on the kiosk, reminding the next person to go up to the 1 windowšŸ™„ and holding open doors when you came in or left out. He was just so helpful and doing things besides security to help everyone!

Called before I sent in my name change request to ask what was needed. I was told the application and a certified divorce decree. I mailed that in and three weeks later got a rejection letter. When I called to find out why it was rejected, she said I was missing documents. When I asked which documents, she said she wasn’t sure and that what I sent should have been sufficient. She said she would talk to the guy doing the intake and explain to him it could be processed. I mailed everything back in. Today I got another rejection letter stating I needed to send my drivers license. I called and explained to the ā€œgentlemanā€ on the phone that I had specifically asked if ID was needed and this woman told me no. He condescendingly said it’s common knowledge you need a drivers license or ID with this request.
I’m sure they don’t care but if you’re not sure what you need, don’t bother calling to ask because clearly the employees there don’t know what they’re talking about.

Never would I have thought that I would be looking up a Social Security office to rate them 5 stars but here I am! A few years ago, I had a horrible experience at the Tulsa location and I had to go back to get a new SSC but I decided last minute to drive extra far to go to Bartlesville because I did not want to deal with Tulsa and it was worth the extra 20 minutes! The people were so nice and super fast. Anyone who rated this place bad hasn't been to any of the Tulsa locations.

Fairly fast service.

Kiosk check in & receive a #.

Not sure why security guard needed.
That’s not DOGE.
Last year there was no security guard.

Employees park under all Shaded parking spots.

Having 2 windows open would make it faster.

Lots of employee vehicles to have only 1 window open.

drove an hour to cancel my Medicare part B, that the SSA tried to force on me. I am a disabled Army Vet and get my health care through the VHA, they pay for it because I earned that benefit while serving. I do not need some bureaucrat with initials of LLW telling me that the VA may not pay my claims because things happen. She would not give me her name and claimed that she had no employee ID. I told her I did not want it but she said "well I am going to tell you anyway why you need to keep part A". She told me when I asked for proof that it was cancelled, I can see tell that with your suspicions that you must be with the VA. What is she a psychiatric doctor as well. It is called trust but verify. I am not stupid I made my decision LLW should have processed my request and said have a good day. I would like a supervisor to leave contact information for me to contact. LLW is just another example of what a bloated government system is.

I called and don’t know who the lady was I spoke to but she answered a couple of things then hung up said she had to get the next call. Then I called back and didn’t get to say anything, she told me I needed to call the office for my location. And hung up once again without me getting to speak. I did in fact call the right office for the county I live in. I tried calling back 3 other times and it went directly to being on hold and then disconnected all three times. Just very rude!! Our call was recorded thankfully. And I did turn her in to the main office in OKC!!!
