I was a little hesitant at first after reading some of the reviews about others being forgotten or put off. I however had a great experience and very happy I went through this place for my new business decals. The whole process took about a week and a half.

In all complete honesty, I called towards the end of the week and I did feel like I did have to follow up towards the middle of the following week to remind them I’m still there and waiting. Right after the follow up phone call, I then started to receive a few ideas from the designer within the next couple of hours. Not necessarily a complaint just more of something to possibly help others and maybe a quick note for Sign Pro of Yuma themselves.

Overall, outstanding work. Definitely 5 star review worthy. I now know who to trust and go to for my commercial truck wraps and decals.

Visited there twice to get an estimate for a hood graphic. 1st visit to leave design, 2nd visit 3 weeks later to find out why I had not recieved est from the 1st visit. Told me nothing had been done on it yet but I would get the est within two weeks. Now two week past that 2 weeks I still have not heard anything.

Always great work from this sign company and the best prices in town! They also have been very proactive in the community giving back. I recently saw that they donated the time to install Kofa High Schools new baseball scoreboard. Very cool great work Sign Pro!!

It would be so nice if "anyone" there would ever answer the phone or return a call. Impossible to speak with anyone. Guess they don't want my business, too bad because I would have given them more than the simple job I requested.

If I could put zero stars I would this place is horrible they never follow through with what they say they’re going to do ,they never return calls, sometimes are closed when they are suppose to be open. If your a new bussiness starting up don’t go here you will not be on their priority list .
