Hate to do this, but I feel the lack of professionalism and skill needs to be addressed with this company. I had this company do a sign for one of my retail stores, and the job is still not finished. I was first told 4 to 6 weeks, and it has been over six months and they have still not completed what they continued to promise that they would. I understand the coronavirus played a factor, but this job was supposed to be done before the virus ever hit, and after the virus slowed and they were back to work around May, I was continually told “we are understaffed due to the virus” and “ I will try to get it done this Friday”. I am not sure why the completion of my project continues to be pushed behind others.

I've used Sign Pro for years and my company grew to a point that I hired a marketing manager. She recently ordered signs from an online company instead of Sign Pro and they showed up all wrong. They also showed up late, which wouldn't matter but they were for an event that was 2 days away. I called Sign Pro and let them know about the problem and they truly saved the day. They reprinted the signs and completed the installation for us. Saved us a lot of embarrassment. It was a great lesson for my marketing manager to learn - use local trusted guys that have a focus on quality and customer service.
