My order was was finished the way it should have been done. The sales rep didn’t had the knowledge about the face and didn’t guided me well.
Firstly he admitted his mistake and gave a discount on the face but than when he realized I needed the face urgently and have to work with the wrong face as bc of the time crunch, so he turned the back on me and said that the drawing was not production accurate. If it was not production accurate than why was it made and not consulted me. I am really disappointed. They knew that I am stuck paying them 50% upfront and I need the face to finish the job so they took benefit of me. Anyways, just wanted to put up my story and experience.
