Servpro did a great job on our floors. The crew that removed our flooring and the crew that installed the new flooring did a great job. The cleanup crew was phenomenal. They cleaned everything and were so nice attentive to details. I would highly recommend Servpro.

The SERVPRO team that came out to handle my mitigation was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. TJ, Scott, and Dennis were very professional and considerate of my space when installing the equipment, leaving the area very neat and tidy. Sam came by the house each day to monitor the equipment and make adjustments for the best resolution. Sam is very trustworthy, accommodating, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make the visits convenient for my work schedule. Thanks to all. I highly recommend this team of individuals!

Phenomenal! This is the word that first comes to mind to describe the service that my family and I received from Servpro of Lee County Alabama. We had severe water damage in an area of our home that contained many precious items and their patience and professionalism was exceptional. Their attention to detail and the deliberate care that they took in moving our items around so that they could clean up the damages and get us ready to move forward with our lives was very much appreciated. One of the employees was a veteran, which I always appreciate as a disabled bettering myself. All of the men were courteous, respectful. And experts at their jobs. Great work!

The hvac duct cleaning service is well worth the money. Their staff were very knowledgeable, polite and professional offering step by step progress during the duct cleaning process.
Hayden, Pedro and Butch were all a pleasure to work with. They also made sure to point out any deficiencies that needed to be address in order to maintain a clean and healthy indoor environment.

Wonderful people! TJ, Tony, Country, DQ, Jalin, Patrick, Eva, Hewston, and Edwin were prompt and efficient tearing down the damage to my house from bad water leak. Shawn, Josh, the supervisor, and the flooring guys, also Arlana and group from CSI were wonderful putting it all back together! What i thought was broken “ forever” is now more beautiful than it was before! Thank you all for your patience with my anxiety. You all were so kind. You did a great job!

I pulled up at work Friday the building was flooded. Servpro was on site Eva with a young man Richard very nice they were working that's one day. come Monday the same thing Eva back on the job very polite .they came Tuesday pick up the equipment just want to shout out to Eva.
