Very poor customer service. I originally ordered 6 tubes and somehow they were the wrong size which is fine - my fault. So, I ordered 6 more in a larger size and then I get a phone call stating that they were out of stock but they should arrive by the next week or I could pay the difference for a larger size tube which they could ship out immediately. Keep in mind that the tubes I ordered were not displaying as out of stock when I ordered them. So, I agreed to pay the difference originally because I wanted to get the invites sent out soon.

However, then I saw an email that I missed from Joe Derk, earlier in the day stating that they made a mistake on their website so they were applying some discount for people who bought 25 tubes to all orders and that I should not have gotten a discount but they would honor it this time. However, they would need to charge me the original price (not the sale price) for a larger size. So I responded and stated that I'd like to know how much extra I would be paying and they told me it was about $16 so I asked if I could just wait for the original size I ordered to arrive (since I was told that was an option) and was told that now suddenly, I would owe $12 more if I did that.

Needless to say, I asked to cancel the order. I don't know why they were treating me like I was some villain who was trying to take advantage of some unknown sale. Then, they asked me to write them a review about my experience so here I am.

I ordered a custom scroll for my 20 year vow renewal and it had more of an effect than I had anticipated. The scroll was beautiful and I highly recommend the box for safe keeping. Please do business with them, there doesn’t seem to be anyone else doing this with such a high level of excellence. The owner also made sure everything was spaced correctly and balanced on the scroll. 👏🏼🙌🏼

This is such a fun product. My niece and nephew request Auntie Day every Christmas as their gift from me. We go out and do whatever they want. I try to give a token so later in life they can look back with fond memories of spending time with me. This year, I wanted to change it up and I thought scrolls would be fun.

If I could give this company 100 stars I would. We have made it a family tradition to order scroll ornaments for any new members of our family (new kids and spouses) every single name scroll has a beautiful Bible verse. I called the company to ask how they picked the Bible verse, because ever person’s ornament is SO PERFECT for that person. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
