San Daniel is a hidden gem in Coppell, and let me tell you—this place knows how to do pizza right! We’ve tried the Texas and the Meatball pizzas, and both were chef’s kiss perfection. Wood-fired crust with that perfect crisp, high-quality toppings, and just the right balance of flavors. And the best part? It’s reasonably priced for the quality you’re getting. If you’re in the area and craving amazing Italian food (but especially pizza!), this is the spot. Consider this my official lender recommendation—because just like a great home, a great pizza is all about the foundation… and San Daniel’s crust is next level.

This is a hidden gem in Coppell! The lasagna is massive and incredible! The meat ball appetizer is great to split among the table. The pesto pasta is so large and so good I think about it often. The service is fantastic and quick and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Restrooms are well kept and parking is ample and simple. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

I recently dined at this Italian restaurant and had a pleasant experience overall. While the food was decent, the real standout was the exceptional service and hospitality. My server, Remi, truly elevated the experience. She was attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about her work, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. Her genuine care and enthusiasm left a lasting impression. I’d return for the warm service.

We had a great experience dining here. The food was delicious. The service initially was delayed but once our attendant Diego C came up he was exceptional in hosting us and 5 stars for him. The prices were reasonably and every dish was finely made.

We ordered the following items and all of them fulfilled our expectations but price and portion wise. We will definitely revisit.

I wanted to try something new so this was this week’s choice. I’m a fan of Italian food however I’m aware that most dishes are prepared with little seasoning more herbs. However I had the Shrimp pasta, they had a special going where they added bell peppers, arugula, onions and spinach. They also fried the shrimp lightly. The regular was just shrimp and lemon zest pasta. But this new way was not so great. It had no flavor even with all the extra. Just tasted bland. The Bolognese pasta was just great. I was able to add a bit of fresh black pepper and grated cheese and it was awesome. The GOAT cheese was more than expected. It was melted and had a sweet taste from the honey. Tasted like sweet berries. The raspberry lemon drop was good. The meatballs and the bread was sooooo good and they were pretty big size. Kind of got full from the starters.

I loved the decor on the inside. Bathrooms were nice and clean. The staff were nice as well. If help was needed they didn’t mind assisting. Very polite.

WOW. It is amazing how GOOD this place is! We drove from out of town to check it out and we were very impressed. The atmosphere and bar are beautiful, there is an open pizza oven where you can watch your food get prepared, and the entrees and appetizers are all packed with flavor! This was the first time a brusselsprout made me say “wow”. The whipped goat cheese was phenomenal! The pizza has the best flavor and crust! Our server, Katie, was incredibly informative, sweet, and gave us the best service!!! We will definitely request her again when we come back!

Found this hidden gem in Coppel, with pizza oven imported from Itali, pizza is amazing, defienetly fecommend the fried calimari, burrata cheese and calimari. They have full bar and happy hour daily from 3 to 6. Definetly revommend the place

I love seafood pasta so was glad it was served here as well. Unlike other places, this wasn’t made with red sauce. Instead it was made in a yellow creole cream sauce.

Wife got the fig pizza without spek, which was also delicious. The only critique she had was that the sweet wasn’t balanced well with the savory. Possibly because we didn’t order the spek - we don’t eat pork.

Service was stellar. Our server was kind and checked in on us periodically without being incessant.
