Only 2 registers open and the rest of us are having to do our own work of checking out or wait in a ridiculous line when there clearly people able to go take a register. I tried to call sams club to ask for help and the phone rang for 3 mins till it went silent and no answer. To raise the renewal from 45 to 50 thus year with this service makes it hard to be a long time customer.

I love their curbside service. I have back issues which prevent me from walking the whole store, so I shop online and then drive to the club to pick it up. Very friendly employees and prompt, courteous service....EVERY time. 🙂

Brandy the cart checker was completely unprofessional and rude. She raised her voice at my wife and I over her not being at her station. I've never had this kind of attitude from anyone working there and were in there at least 3 times a week. If it was her goal to irritate everyone around her , she succeeded. She was more concerned about opening her gifts that it looked like her and a coworker were exchanging, she ran up to a gentleman and checked over his cart. We had used the self check out app and only had 3 items so instead of waiting we went to leave, she then proceeded to get loud and rude so we waited just for her to say she didn't need to check out cart and we could go.. unnecessary and so incredibly rude.

I am not a member of Sam's Club. I just use their pharmacy and I eat at their little cafe.
Love both of these things though.
The pharmacy staff are super friendly and helpful, and I love the pizza at the cafe(and the prices).

These companies making the biggest mistake letting customers scan their own products, their attempt to save money from not hiring people is a joke, they are losing so much, I sat here in the food court observed people not scanning the soda packs under their carts and so many more items, meanwhile their employees chatting away at each other not doing anything, the person at the exit is not even checking the receipts for the items not scanned , I saw a lady wave whatever paper in her hand and this high school kid just let her go by. I also watched another lady just pass on by the registers complete robery and these people working here are oblivious of what the items being stolen and this is from 30 min sitting here lol if it goes under its because you need to learn sams club not all people are honest and will bot scan every item , cameras will not deter them what a joke lol

Went in with my husband, he bought a bottle of alcohol. He showed the lady his ID, but I had left my wallet out in the car and she made me go all the way out to my car to get it, even though I wasn't buying anything. Have been coming here for years and never had that problem. What if he had come in with his teenage daughter? Would he have been denied his alcohol purchase then as well?

Sam's club had everything accessible to pick from. The crowds are moderate and the parking lot easy. I would recommend shopping in bulk here with deals of all sorts.
