We've been working with S&O for several years now, and their AdWords management service makes my life so much better. They optimize our Ads for us so we don't need to worry about hand picking keywords. Avry Sieh, my new account manager, is the absolute best person I've worked with there, and I'm thrilled to have him in charge of my accounts. Let's start by saying that we came to S&O very timidly after just having a H O R R I B L E experience with another organization promising the moon and delivering first grade material for the price of the moon.

We're thrilled to say that Avry with S&O has been the exact opposite. We had a difficult task for S&O and they delivered. Our ROAS has never dipped below 20x and usually hovers around 25X. Yes, you read that correctly.

Avry has been absolutely fantastic to work with.
He's done an excellent job doing precisely what we needed him to do.
He reports timely and accurately.
He's available to speak with any time, and we are eager to give a 5 star review.

They are great. End of 2022 peak season we found google count our empty liquor bottles as drug and removed our items. They help us to get all our items back to google for less than $200 at the time.

We've been working with Sales & Orders for approximately 4 years and they manage the shopping campaigns for our BigCommerce store. Their app directly integrates with our store and product catalog which saves both parties a lot of work. Our Account Specialist, Avry Sieh, has been excellent at getting our ROAS for both Google and Bing higher and consistently performing well. They actively monitor our campaigns each month and optimize for sales. We really feel like we have a partner to take this off our plate. It allows us to focus on running the business. Hire the experts and sleep well at night!

Overall they did what they said they would do in terms of setting up our Google Shopping feeds and manage those using performance metrics by adjusting ad spending. Their App interface for BigCommerce is solid making that part of the work simpler and reliable.

Giving 4 out of 5 stars for technical capabilities, but one star off for not highlighting their service does not include marketing expertise.

Specifically their technical folks are good at mechanics, but reviewing ad copy generated by Google Shopping or DSA ads they setup is not part of their package.

If use them, be sure to know how to go into your account to review and update ad text and images, and of course run keyword searches in Google and other search engines to see what is actually displaying to potential customers. It will be up to you (or your web designer or catalog manager) to make sure the ads running have good content pulled from your website, online shopping catalog descriptions and other ad campaigns.

Google generates some ads dynamically on the fly by pulling content like that - so sometimes the ad content (text & image) generated are very poor quality. Sales and Orders will not check or notice that aspect of your ad campaigns.

Be sure to take care of basics like making sure your product descriptions are formatted similar to competitors for easier shopping comparison. Also that your shopping images are formatted similar to competitors but tweaked a bit to stand out next to competitors (i.e. color, variety, etc). Those are the type of online marketing aspects not something S&O techs will take time or have interest at looking at.

Their domain is the technical non-marketing aspects of feed setup and management. Interest in learning about your business or products, competitors or market not in their company DNA.

So overall worked good for us to get feeds setup and someone to watch metrics and tweak ad spending. Was a few months before we realized that reviewing what ads were displaying to customers was still our job. We're back on track again.

In short their job is to get your shopping ad to display and keep increasing ad spend until conversions improve. What your ad displays is still 100% your job to review and manage.

Sales and Order service is helpful, just not a one-stop shop for shopping ad management.
