100% accurate on no appointments, “just walk in.” He is very knowledgeable, and he made us laugh. I needed this done late at night on a Sunday, and Shajan came through with the best attitude. He also has a beach resort in Florida! 10/10 service. It was easy and quick! Thank you Shajan

Horrible horrible horrible.

Charged me $50 for a 12x18 canvas sheet, when i specifically Said it needed To be framed and he told me prior to coming in that he could do that for me: i showed up, and it’s a small sheet, not even the best quality and told me i need To go somewhere else to frame so rude, argued with me. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. ITS A SCAM

Highly recommend for quick and easy fingerprinting services. I walked in and waited no more than 5 minutes for the customer ahead of me. My fingerprints are always hard to scan digitally, but they were patient and took multiple scans to ensure the prints were perfect. Great customer service, even provided an envelope for easy mailing.

Had to print a shipping label from the post office around the corner. Instead of driving to OfficeMax and having them do it for like a dollar, I figured I’d stop in to give business to a local guy/small company. Dude charged me TEN DOLLARS to print one piece of paper that I emailed him. It was a shipping label on half a page of paper. I was in a bind and needed to get it back to USPS within 30 minutes so I paid it. But yeah I would never in a million years use them for anything going forward after that.

Called the place and asked if we can come for fingerprinting and he said yes. When we arrived he was not there, he came after 25 min and I had my mom with me for fingerprinting I wanted to stay with her just to make sure everything is ok he was like wait outside. First asked for $70 and later said $80. I was in hurry so I did otherwise lot of good places who are professional.
If you have other option just don’t waste your time here.

Very convenient business hours. If Mr. John is not in the office, he is immediately available. I would suggest giving him a call when you are on your way. The service was professional and thorough. He was able to send the form and fingerprints for an out of state licence first class with a tracking number.
