I would like to recognize Robin Rolland for going above and beyond the call of duty as an out of area Realtor who was recommended to us by Debora Nattrass (another out of area Realtor).
My sister and I live both live out of area, my sister in SanJose and I in Vacaville. We had moved my father from Sonora where Robin works, to San Jose for medical reasons so we could sell his house to help pay for his care. We met with Robin’s team one Saturday, they looked over the house and gave us a ball figure of what the house might be worth and said Robin would set up the contracts and inspections. I am the trustee of my Dad’s estate I’m sure it made things harder for Robin, but she made things so easy, coordinating paperwork, DocuSign inspections, contractors, work, signings and even gave U.S. weather reports. That weekend we were going to have an estate sale and it snowed that whole week. Robin was always going beyond the call of duty like when the work was done Robin came out of pocket, paid the bills (which allowed us to mail a check) and saved us a 6 hr trip to Sonora and allows us to spend more time with our Dad who was in very serious medical state. Robin saved us tons of time by taking the time to do the little things that we should have done, she made our lives so much easier which we truly appreciated. Thank-you for making this a pleasant experience and for allowing my sister and I more time with our father!! We got top dollar, cash offer, closed ahead of time and was a pleasant experience!
