The first time I bought a watch from them was in 2008, and it was my first Rolex too. At that time I dressed casually, but the store treated me with as much deference and respect as if I were wearing a suit and a tie. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were extremely knowledgeable about fine watches and other jewelry. I would especially like to thank Lyndell, Bob, and the rest of the staff. If I were to get another Rolex, I would go to them first and support them.

I came into Robert C. Wesley Jewelers to inquire about replacing the emerald in my wife’s engagement ring with a diamond for our anniversary. I was greeted by Brandi who took the time to educate me about diamonds and the emerald that was in my wife’s ring. The experience was incredible! She helped us select the perfect diamond and also helped my wife pick out a necklace setting for the emerald that we were replacing. The new jewelry came out wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Thank you Brandi and Robert C Wesley Jewelers!

I took my son to Robert C. Wesley to help him pick out something to give to his mom for her first Mother's Day. When we entered the store we didn't have anything in particular in mind, but Brandi was incredibly helpful and patient as we discussed different options. We eventually chose a sapphire and diamond necklace that my wife absolutely loves. She receives countless compliments every time she wears it and doesn't get tired of telling people her son got it for her for Mother's Day.

This will be our first stop for birthdays, anniversary's, and Mother's Days for years to come.

Over the past few years with rolex demand skyrocketing and causing several retail stores to change their sales models, this store has stayed the course and maintained their identity ,which is ....... A Family run business that operates with integrity. They may not always have what I'm looking for, but they do always remember what I'm looking for .. and that means alot.
