Escondido TA changed my mothers obituary (they are owned by this google site, Roadrunner Publications).

We were very upset with their random changes so the paper said they would rerun it as we intended.

Their marketing and VP Joshua was a real piece of work. After saying they would rerun the obituary, he then decided to throw a tantrum and say he didn't like my attitude so he Would Not rerun the messed up obituary.

What kind of VP refuses to respond to my email or to make it right?

I'll be disputing this charge since they refused to rerun the ad OR to refund.

For anyone reading- this paper thinks it's OK to change the name of the person who died to whatever it is they want. They don't consult with the family and they don't really care if you don't like it.

If you want your submissions that you pay for to say exactly what you wrote (or to at least be consulted on BIG changes) then don't use this paper.
