All these people with 1&2 star ratings are on our wireless/radio internet service. It is not very reliable from anyone. If it wasn't for RCT they would have no access to hi speed internet at all. Our copper & fiber customers services are 10 times more reliable.

On average I get 2 mb/sec download and 0.3 mb/sec upload. There are frequent outages and very rarely does the speed approach5 mb/sec (half of the advertised 10 mb/sec).
