Wasn't a lot of interest in my newer Solano County home. Nathan has a wide array of resources at his current firm and was able to collaborate with others to ensure he gave me proper advice. He assisted in telling me what I needed to repair and service to do right by the buyer, and we passed inspection without a hitch.
