I have to send out a huge thank you to Range, our internet provider. We had a power bump this morning and our internet went down. I called the support number and their tech (located in Alabama) tried everything to get us back up. He ended up creating a service ticket. Within a half hour we were called by "Jay" out of Thermopolis. He actually drove here, through a snowstorm (On Easter Sunday) and got our internet back up! Talk about service above and beyond!! We now have TV and internet again.
