Below this update is my previous 5 star review.
I have since changed it to a 1 star review because the quality of the leads has dropped significantly. The leads are now coming from advertisements for prices that are way below reason. I am now receiving calls from angry customers expecting to get a $65 an hour rate for 2 movers and a truck. This is now damaging my business because the customers assume it is us that is false advertising. As well as paying for the leads that don't sell due to the price expectation.

I have been using quote runner for about 3 months now and was waiting until I had some time dealing with the company before leaving a review.
I have used multiple lead services, moving.com, thumbtack, U-Hual, Angie's list, yelp, you name it I've tried it and have been very disappointed with most.
Quote runner has been hands down the best lead service I have used so far.
I have only been using the direct phone call leads and they are very good quality leads. We close about 60-75% of the time.
Quote runner is also very good with giving credits to leads that either hang up or are looking for services we don't provide.

Low quality, fake leads. Mostly disconnected phone numbers, phone numbers that don’t match the name and people who aren’t interested in moving whatsoever. It’s very obvious that the leads are fake even before you call them.
