When in Hollywood Florida always enjoy shopping at Publix. Not buying much just a few items while I'm on vacation beautifully kept store. With everything you expect. they have a magnificent Deli and make custom sandwiches. A lot of people buy the chicken tender sandwich . I had a turkey sandwich on a five grain Italian bread with lettuce, tomato provolone cheese, hot peppers, and olives it was the best turkey sandwiche that I have had made by Cassandra , will be back.

Did a pick up order. Two of my items the bags were opened. The bags were taped together and smelt spoiled!? All produce picked out was going bad. Wouldn’t recommend pick up. Doesn’t seem like they pick good produce or even care what they are bagging up.

KIZ treated with nothing but mean, rude nasty and DISGUSTINGLY disrespect for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I simply let her know that the bathroom had no toilet paper after she had been standing outside of it for over 30 minutes with the cart and she responded “I KNOW” , not sure why, maybe she was having a bad day but anyway if she knew that 3 out of 4 of the stalls had no toilet paper then why would she stay out there and not fill the paper, then after keeping the family restroom locked for 2 hours she told a customer that it was because she “had to due to it not having any toilet paper” while she stood there with the cart and toilet paper. She finally 30min after our conversation about the toilet paper came to clean the bathroom and I asked her if she had an iPhone cha -“NO!!” She yelped at me before I could even get the words charger out of my mouth.

Richard helped me today in the Deli. Exceeded all expectations, extremely respectful and so helpful. The manager Jennifer was right there to help as well. Amazing experience, thank you both! Too often we leave the negative reviews but the positive ones are seldom spoken of. They both deserve recognition!

Publix is a good choice for grocery shopping. Always well stocked and clean.

Their reputation for having good customer service is outstanding. But that’s not always the case at this location. I don’t get the usual “good mornings” here. 🤷🏾‍♀️

This place came in clutch when staying in Florida. The staff was very nice and for being florida the prices were not half bad. Rented some bikes just to come here . Did not have a lock and ended up leaving bikes unlocked. They in fact did not get stolen . The neighborhood didn't seem to nice tho. Had to take a chance, needed deodorant 😅

I live very close to that Publix Supermarket in Young Circle in Hollywood, FL. I go there once a week only because I like their BOGO specials midweek. Nice clean store, well organized and the associates are all very polite and helpful, as usual. They have a convenient and free parking garage right above the store. Yes, it's easy to shop there even if it's raining outside. I like the Boars Head products at their Deli counter. I shop at my nearby Super Walmart regularly otherwise. Thanks.

Publix Fried Chicken Rocks! It's so nice to having to scan the weekly bar codes to get the reduced weekly savings. I can't wait for Publix to cross the Ohio River and dethrone Kroger.

Stopped in as just around the corner from my hotel - enjoyed browsing the isles (as a tourist) and snagged myself some nice 2 for 1's!

To the Publix team at Young Circle,

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but today’s experience was genuinely upsetting.
One of the cashiers was visibly irritated and spoke to customers — including me — in a rude and dismissive way.
We all have hard days, and I understand that. But working with people means finding a way to manage those emotions, not taking them out on others.

Dear cashiers: every customer is a person too — just like you — with their own stress, challenges, and long days.
Please treat us with kindness and respect.
If you’re having a bad day, it’s better to take a moment, regroup, and then return to work, rather than letting that frustration spill out onto others.

Your attitude directly affects how people feel. And today, that interaction left a really bitter impression.

hag cashier was very rude and having conversations with the bagger instead of paying attention to the transaction. i was waiting for her to realize i had a coupon in my hand yet she told me im waiting for you. if you don't want to work with people don't be a damn cashier i was very kind the whole time as i also work with the public and understand
