Great customer service! I had Pro-It set up my new laptop for me. For them, this was just a small job, because I know they do computer systems for businesses and whole-home security systems. Nevertheless, they made me feel like a very important customer! They took great care to include everything I wanted on the new laptop, and even checked back a few days later to make sure it was working as expected.
