Got the $10 half sandwich and soup deal. It was filling and I liked the chicken salad sandwich. The tomato soup was warm and comes with a side of bread as well. Checkout was quick and there was plenty of searing prior to going to UCLA for an event.

I am a huge fan of Pret , as soon as it opened in L.A I had to check it out and it did not disappoint!
Unfortunately it was so packed that I couldn’t find a table for myself, but that’s okay.
Food items are the same as in the East coast - love that they have the half portion for calories conscious people. The coffee is very good better than Starbucks.
Definitely a vibe !

Was excited to try this place as i always go here when in the uk. Got an avocado sandwich and it was terrible. Totally dried out and the avocado was rock hard and still had the brown of the seed attached. Unfortunately, since there’s nowhere to park around here, I had run in and out quickly and was several miles away before trying the sandwich. So didn’t return for a refund. Wont be going back. So disappointing.

Just had a horrible experience inside Pret A Manger in Westwood on Le Conte.

Came in and ordered a simple large drip with an add-shot and the rotund Black woman with the white, spiked hair proceeded to berate me.

"We don't use Starbucks terminology in here. We are European. Just say you want a large coffee and add an espresso shot." She was super rude and super stuck up.

I was like, why are you berating me when you clearly understood what I meant? And, we're not in Europe by the way.

Anyway. She had a horrible attitude and gave awful customer service as a result.

I went to Pret A Manger because they have organic coffee but I will find a different coffee shop moving forward.

I give this Pret A Manger at the 10906 Le Conte Ave., location the lowest possible rating for poor customer service and the rude staff.

I recently was at the cafe today for lunch and I had their iced mocha for the first time and it was delicious! The Mac and Cheese was also yummy! I’d come back here again!

I went to this coffee shop with two of my friends for the first time. The staff were really nice and friendly and the shop was clean. Food was really good and tasty. 👍
