I was using Prestige for all my printing needs, but have had a few negative experiences with them For a large order of over 1000 glasses, they double charged my card which caused me to be late on my mortgage because I didn't budget a $3000 extra expenditure that month. They then offered to give us credit back, instead of just refunding us. It was over a week later before we got the refund. They then shipped the order with no liftgate or no mention that we needed one or a fork lift, so the order was delayed 2 days and barely made it in time for the event they were for. More recently I put an order in for embroidered hats with my company's logo on them. I was told an aspect of the logo (the wheat) wouldn't come out in the embroidery, but the entire logo was off. The hop didn't come out at all and all the lettering was uneven and shoddy in quality. It was a poor representation of the brand and when I tried to dispute it, all they said was "our management team has reviewed the sample and confirmed there is no discrepancy between the decorated hat and the art proof." I believe they are affiliated with "Universal Printing" at the same address which has additional negative reviews similar to this so you can get a full picture of what to expect when dealing with Prestige.

Prestige glassware is a fantastic company to work with if you are looking for high quality and perfectly personalized products. They have such great customer service and their work is stunning! They are willing to take the time to make exactly what you want! I asked them to personalize print some mugs for me with a design my sister created so that I could give them out to my guests as favors for my husband and my wedding! They were more than happy to oblige and I was so overwhelmed with excitement when I saw the finished product. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get exactly what I wanted! I also ordered personalized champagne glasses from them which turned out beautifully as well. My guests loved their favors and I am so glad we ordered extra because I love having a set of my own (My Grandparents and Mom and Dad begged for extra too!) If you are looking to work with a company who always puts their customer first and has products that will last a life time and create special memories be sure to order from them. You will NOT be dissapointed!

Prestige printed glassware for my daughter's wedding. They turned out beautifully and we had many complements on the unique and thoughtful favor. The ware was packaged well and delivered in a timely fashion. My husband and I plan on hiring Prestige for another job soon!

Be careful with this company. We ordered a pallet of custom growlers, the picture of the growler on their website showed the growler having a cap. Once they arrived (after a shipping delay), they had no caps and we were informed this would be extra. This company doesn't even know what their web page says. They think the "pricing and color options" applies to the caps and not to the imprinting on the growler. A month after my original post, it looks like they have added a "don't forget your caps" area, which is fine except for the folks like me who made our purchases before this was added. We've subsequently order a few other pallets of growlers from another manufacturer (GS) without any issues.

I spoke with the Art Department that assured me the graphic I sent would be reviewed by the staff. They sent me a note stating my graphic would work and would be enlarged to properly be displayed on the size of glass bought. I approved the graphic thinking they would live up to there word. After all I am not an Artist nor had I ever seen the glass. I got a standard Whiskey glass with our company graphic almost to small to even put on a shot glass. So what do you do with 143 Whiskey glasses with a smug of ink on the side? You would think if I sent you a graphic to small or to large that someone would question this or ask do you want this enlarged. Or after looking at the graphic I don't think this is what you want. Our art department can change this for a small fee. But they printed a mock up as that what would work. I will let you know if they make this right and change my position in the future. In the meanwhile I will encourage you to be cautious on all details and get a proof of what things will look like on the glass before approving and ordering. There response when asked it was all my fault. They took no responsibility on any level letting me know of there integrity. Shame on them at present.
