I have been stuck with this service for 6 months now. My contract is supposed to be done yet they keep attempting to bill me further. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks but EVERY time I call it rings and rings and then disconnects without anyone picking up. The service itself is nonsense and does not actually net you anything. My internet activity has decreased significantly since working with pr and yet my bills have more than doubled. Since starting I have experienced a total of 4 customer interactions. Literally and only 4 in 6 months. FOUR.
Each time I had a "meeting" I had to speak with a different representative who had no idea what had and had not been done in the past and so it was like a new start every month - a useless and frustrating new start.
It is my belief that I have been robbed of $1,100 over these past 6 months as "service" has only been provided in a monthly phone call with literally zero evidence of function outside of that. When I ask when I will see results or experience any kind of benefit from this service I am told I need to spend hundreds more on Google ads and that I need to do the work of uploading and managing my profile myself. PR, what am I paying you for in the first place?
THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING YOU. SMALL BUSINESS BEWARE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. EVEN ETSY ADS AT $2/DAY RETURN OVER $100 IN SALES A Month. I have made $0 with the help of PR and have incurred $1100 in promotional debts.
