This was 5 stars all day everyday until Colleen started working here, my company's mail has been steady messed up since.... Currently haven't gotten tracking number for important package effecting my company and employees of mine since last Friday and it hasn't arrived yet (it's Friday now a full week later when I paid $20 for certified mail) been calling everyday and Colleen has refused to do her job.... I might have to sue because of her!!! She needs to be FIRED

Edit: Get Colleen to fix her mess and apologize and own up to her mistakes from now on so I can take this bad but true review down, the mail was ordered to be sent on Friday, I followed up on Saturday, but she refused to do anything until Monday but lies to you that the first availability was Monday.... How is she doing her job right?!?!? ESPECIALLY when I have been paying $10/mo because she hasn't deleted the items that she sent?!! I have great respect for you Ted, but when you hire an employee who has not ever done her job right (in my experience) without double checking and confirming with you, and me and my company suffer because of her NOT DOING HER JOB!!
A couple weeks ago I asked you Ted, to have mail delivered certified... You had Colleen do it and she sent it normal mail... I would rather not have a relationship with you anymore if you allow her to continue to screw up my company's mail. This post stays until you hold her accountable for doing her job and not ruining my company's mail!! And if our relationship ends because you believe her lies and refuse to hold her accountable for her mistakes this post will stay forever...

Great customer service today at our local post net. I went in with a problem and the manager was cool as a cucumber thinking of ideas to solve the problem. I was so appreciative of his kind demeanor and knowledge of the business and the patience of answering all my questions to help explain. No wait time and friendly service. 👍

I ran into the problem that they do not accept QR codes when shipping returned items. However, the gentleman helping me was so patient and helpful, walking me through canceling my returns and printing the shipping labels. Thanks again for your help! I’ll definitely be going here from now on!

Sorry that I must give them negative feedback. They are very friendly.
Unfortunately, the package I sent was never delivered and damaged during shipping.
They would not deliver the damaged package nor refund my cost.
There are no pictures of the damage either.
Their lack of communication and lack of ability to affect responsibility as a third-party shipper renders them obsolete and completely irrelevant. Just go to a reputable company and bypass this business.

Absolutely fabulous !! I needed some sticker labels and Joe helped me so tremendously! he helped make the design even better and was so helpful !! Very nice and talented !! Also I believe the owner Ted? And the woman worker were very accommodating and nice - I will only come here for my printing needs - all around great store and people ! Thank you !

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUALITY! My family ordered some obituaries from another print place and they did not have them ready on time. I found PostNet on Google and they were ready the SAME DAY!!
