We lost internet and burglar alarm service late Sunday afternoon due to thunderstorms. John came out first thing Monday morning. He is so very personable and professional. After determining that we also had alarm issues, two other technicians came and restored our alarm. Both issues were corrected by noon. Great service. Thanks guys!

service is great technical support is superb Monday through Friday during normal business hours. However we lost internet service on a Friday evening and all calls were transferred to never never land. Our service was restored later that evening but a simple recording that said “we are aware of an outage and are working to restore service.” would have been helpful.

Spoke to Brittany today she was exemplified what customer service should be. I saw the reviews online and thought the worst but I was proven wrong almost immediately. I can’t speak for the internet service my dad doesn’t use it but the cost of the phone plan is worth the money the phone works and it’s cheaper than most internet phone providers.

I hate to say this but this company is a rip off. I’ve been with them for about 3 years now and they have good customer service (promptly answer phones, will help with problems etc) and very rarely have outages other than planned down time that they notify people about. But they try and charge 300 dollars for a gig internet connection. Other companies will offer this for 80-100 dollars in certain areas. There is no difference in fiber optic line or anything, they simply bump up the data traveling through the line to your house. If they are the only service in your area like they are mine then you may have to suffer through it. But if there is another company that offers higher speeds at lower prices (doesn’t try to price gouge every cent out of the customer) then I would strongly suggest trying them out before going with pine land.

These people are nothing short of AMAZING! I am in the utility services industry and can tell you this company and it's team members came out within an hour of a call late in the same day . Thank you for showing me people still take pride in work and Customer service!! You guys are 10star!!!!!!

Both ladies in the Swainsboro office were very nice and informative when I inquired about new service and when beginning the service. I was a little disappointed in the wait time from application to installation but we were not in a hurry after 5 years of not having internet and cable service we could wait a few more days. Price is comparable. The internet service is great, very fast. Especially considering we are in a very rural area. The installers were very nice and extremely patient with my toddler niece who was very nosey. We would recommend Pineland to anyone in their service area!

Been a customer for almost 2 years and I have one problem but it is the main reason I put it at 2 stars, DUE Date!!

This is the only company I know that won't change due dates. If you get paid monthly or on the first of the month do not purchase this service. Every 28th or 29th of the month I am cut off and after asking repeatedly for a different date and explaining my situation I just get I'm Sorry Sir we can't change the date.

Oh and the best part is I have to pay for the fee to turn it on every 1st of the month.
