I highly recommend this firm! I have known one of the owners for years through my business, and I am amazed by the amount of creativity and imagination that I receive every time I see her. They have put together some of Traverse City’s most clever advertising campaigns and not only do those stand out as memorable and iconic, but I absolutely love these people and you will too!

PB & J Marketing used extraordinary care to produce a promotional video for the non-profit organization I work for. The video married a very creative approach to lush photography (including aerial drone shots) in order to engage the viewer's heart with our story. Can't recommend this group highly enough!

Utterly horrible experience. We carefully selected this business based on the samples of their work and personal, detailed discussion of what we wanted for all aspects of branding for our company. They named their price and we agreed. After a time we were presented with several cookie cutter, cut and paste symbols that were not at all what we envisioned and not at all like the creative, artistic samples that we had been shown. I took the time to describe in detail what we had liked about the original samples of work for other clients, and asked them to try again. We were presented with more of the same, most of which were versions of the originals. The owner insisted that we just needed to see the "color development" of these to catch the vision. That turned out be "here it is in green", "here it is in blue", "here it is in purple" etc. It was also made clear that anything else would result in even more charges. Everything was supposed to have been in hand by May 1st and now it was mid-July, so we ultimately conceded to the image the owner had pushed from the beginning just so we could get on with life. I wish we had looked beyond the samples we were shown -- and expected similar work for us -- and instead hired a company with a substantial number of affirming reviews. Don't pay a professional fee for what you could get from a graphic arts student for $100.
