Excellent package for the price! They really do mean it when they say they will be with you all day without any extra costs for exceeding certain hours or having to travel to multiple locations. They were with us for 14 hours the day of our wedding and drove over an hour from the church to the reception. Great communication - Carlos always texts back within minutes. The video was of great quality and got drone coverage with no extra costs. Also they captured some priceless candids that I’m so glad I have! They went really out of their way to capture my husband getting his early morning run in and praying in the chapel before he got ready for the wedding. The Photo Booth was really fun! I hadn’t originally wanted one, but it came with the package, and now we have photos of so many of our guests! If there is anything that could have gone better I would have liked more cues for my husband to look at the camera (there ended up being no shots with us both looking at the camera, but Carlos made up for it by agreeing to do a re-shoot to obtain such a shot). Overall incredible deal and way better quality than similarly priced competition! The video is truly outstanding and we will cherish it forever! We cry watching it!

We had a minor hiccup where I didn’t receive my wedding photos on usb due to moving addresses and Carlos made sure I got a new usb with my photos sent to my new home! Excellent customer service! So easy to work with and the best pictures. We used Our Story Productions for our engagement pictures and our wedding. We loved working with them. They communicated well and let us know what to expect day of and a timeline along with what pictures they would take and asked if there were some we wanted that was not listed. Their pictures are breathtaking! They captured us perfectly and have given us the best pictures we have ever had. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing pictures done.
