James and Tyler are the most knowledgeable AV people I've worked with. We have partnered with the team for the past 3-4 years and they have been INCREDIBLE.

Regardless of stress levels, they are always calm and flexible and accommodating. My team is very particular about how they'd like the event set up and yet James and Tyler understands and will adjust accordingly, even if it's last minute!

NVM took excellent care of my team for our inaugural event for 200 people over 2.5 days. They were thoughtful, responsive, professional and flexible - excellent qualities as we were testing and trying out a number of things as it was the first of hopefully many events. Impeccable AV expertise, several notches above the rest, and I mean all the rest. I’ve been doing extensive AV corporate events for 20+ years. Rob, Jeremy, Tyler and team blew away any/all AV teams I’ve ever worked with. We had 21 mics (10 lapel/11 handheld) for numerous presentations, panel discussions, fireside chats and more, as well as multiple TVs, laptops, presentations, polling, and more. Their system is highly advanced, providing us with a seamless event. Even our own IT specialist we had onsite said they are the best team he ever worked with at an event. Napa Valley Media handled the AV / Media for one of our events at a Napa area Winery, and they did absolutely outstanding work. James Raymond and his team were excellent, and many of our conference attendees commented on the professionalism of the AV part of the conference. We are extremely grateful to the Napa Valley Media team for going above and beyond to make our event successful. They were professional, helpful, and so so knowledgeable. The team went the extra mile; from helping us set up our step and repeat banner (not part of their job!) to hearing the off-hand remark of wishing for Jeopardy music and then making it happen— those behind the scene moments helped contribute to the success of the event. The Napa Valley Media team is such a gem - professional, pleasant, and truly enthusiastic about their work and their clients. James and his team are always so prepared and attentive to detail. They make the planning process and onsite experience a breeze. I recently finished a massive, week long event with the NVM team. Throughout our time onsite, the entire crew was always ready to go with great attitudes, even when pulling 12-14 hour days. My team didn't have to worry about any elements - James and his crew made sure everything was ready to go well before it was needed, and even fixed a few problems before I was even aware of them. I truly cannot recommend NVM enough - I will absolutely be working with them again.
