I've been using this cleaning service since February and the ladies have been doing a good job. If there is some item or area of your home that needs more attention, they'll listen and attend to those tasks diligently. I was a cleaning lady and listening to your customers' cares and concerns shows compassion and excellent service. They came to the house at the assigned time deep cleaned the main part of the house and said they would get to bedrooms next time as we asked due to their being cluttered so bad. I will welcome them back anytime and they even hand-wash the dishes even though I said they could use the dishwasher we have which is very good. They came after the wires 11 week stay in hospital and therapy together and me visiting all the time.

I used Molly Maid for a move out clean on my apartment. They did an amazing job and were so nice and accommodating!! I absolutely recommend and would use them again!

Booked Molly Maid for a move out clean. They arrived and worked for 1.9 hours and left. When we walked through the home there was still dust everywhere, smudges on appliances, windows were dirty. When we contacted them they said that they only had time to work on the bathroom and part of the kitchen. What I gathered from this is Molly Maid only books 2 hour blocks. They said they’d come back and finish but charge us. This delayed us listing our house by at least a week. Highly do not recommend Molly Maid, BUT I do recommend Elkhart Cleaning Etc. they came in and saved the week and did what Molly Maid failed to do. Plus you’d be supporting a local business!

Very happy!! Responsive, prompt, excellent cleaning by two knowledgeable and efficient woman- Lisa, as the lead knew what she was doing and did great! Both she and Danielli were great and highly recommend the service and the team!!
