We hired Mixte Communications on contract for our first fundraising campaign as a newer organization. My experience with Mixte was absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond, and helped us put together a recurring donor campaign, plus reusable visual assets. We came into the process not really having a good sense of our own fundraising pitch, language, etc, and Mixte guided us through listening sessions and developing materials. The process was INCREDIBLY organized, which also made it easier for our mostly volunteer organization to keep track of everything, understand deadlines, etc.

The graphics they created were clean, eye-catching, and very professional. The materials I received definitely required comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the field of graphic design, and could not have been done on my own or by a novice company.

When there were issues on our end with printing and delivery, they were quick to respond and come up with a solution. They were very timely and friendly in all communication, and always responded positively to requests. I could not recommend Mixte enough.
