In planning our wedding, I knew from the start not having a Cinematographer was not an option. I was aware it would be a large chunk of our budget, but after watching so many friend's wedding videos over the years, I knew it would be worth it. Our wedding was taking a very non-traditional route: no bridal party, very brief ceremony and no verbal vows.  I met with multiple Cinematographers to be sure personalities would mesh and needs from both sides could be met...I kept being told we would have to read our vows, as voice overs were needed for the final product...this was non-negotiable for me as I wouldn't have been able to get a word out without crying! Let me back up...Trevor was my first choice..while some of his work I viewed was marketing, promotional material, as well as weddings, his style was PERFECT..his vibe was our vibe. I had to have him, but of course he was booked well in advance. Then 2020 came along and his schedule changed..when I got his email he was now available, it was a no-brainer - YES!  He listened to our wants and needs and never said no, never made us feel we were asking for something unreasonable. He was always responsive, energetic and so kind - our entire family absolutely adored Trevor and his colleague.  They were the first vendors on site and got right to work with the drone footage and detailed shots. All of the time and money that goes into planning, from the tablecloths to the favors to lighting - Trevor is sure to capture it all. He worked so well with all of the vendors and helped guide us through a timeline, getting shots we never would have known we wanted.  He even got dirty with us, climbing a fence to get the perfect clip at sunset. Trevor sent us a teaser within ONE WEEK of our wedding!  The full video came within three weeks.....I don't even know where to begin.  I sent the link to a family member who was unable to attend and she called crying: "I felt every emotion of the day." MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. 2020 has been hard, half of our family is out of state, time is fleeting ... we wanted this video to be able to watch year after year and it take us right back to that day and how we felt.. the emotions, the laughter, the energy, the love. The music, the day to night transition of the video - it is AN EXPERIENCE... Trevor captured the best day of our lives in seven minutes; he is that good.
