We are very pleased with the professional service that we received. We had 2 tvs mounted and I highly recommend Media Genius. Our plans are to have a 3rd tv install within the next few weeks. What I also loved about Media Genius was how friendly the staff was from the return phone call and the booking of the installation. There were 2 friendly technicians who came to our house! The young men were very friendly, polite and professional! Prior to the installation, they place a cloth down and tape it to our moulding to insure that the particles from the wall didn't get on our floor. Once they were done they pulled out a mini vacuum to clean up afterwards. Awesome job and I totally recommend them!!!

Once again Media Genius has exceeded our expectations! We recently purchased a new home and had to install an alarm system, mount multiple TV's and install a surround sound system. Keith and Kenny worked late into the evening to make sure it was correct. They go over and beyond and as I have said before, we will never use anyone else except Media Genius for these type needs. They are the very best! And I can't forget Christina in the office. She is so pleasant to deal with and keeps everything moving smoothly. Thanks, Media Genius! Your Team is super!!!

Media Genius is awesome! This was my 3rd time using them and they are my go to for these type of projects. They are one of the most professional and pleasant companies I've dealt with in a long time. We are about to use them again for installation of new tv, surround sound and in home alarm system. The are the best and I can't say enough good things about them. My experience with Media Genius was nothing but one pleasant surprise after another. I really don't recall how I ran across the online link that took me to their website, but as I studied their claims and read their reviews, I was convinced they would be superior to the Geek Guys. Setting up an install date was a pleasure with Christina, and they were flexible when circumstances required me to reschedule my appointment. The Technicians arrived shortly before the appointment time (calling first, of course) and Keith immediately went to work, translating my vision of what I wanted into a great design that was more than satisfactory. The work was quick, efficient and appealing to the eyes. The system setup, which included what I considered a complex 7.1 audio system, went smoothly and incorporated all the components including A/V receiver, with Samsung TV, Blu-Ray and wireless keyboard. Before leaving Keith had all components communicating correctly with each other and gave a brief, but thorough explanation of how everything worked together. I highly recommend Media Genius to anyone who, like me, is intimidated by a new sophisticated A/V experience, and will choose them again if I need their services in the future.

The way I am going to write this review about Media Genius people are going to read it and think that I am getting paid to write this review, which is absolutely not the case. Media Genius provided me with superb customer service from the time they called me to schedule my appointment to the time the tech called me and gave me an update on his ETA to lastly when the tech said I can call him in the future if I had any problems with the work that he had done. I jumped at the opportunity to write a review for media genius because they are providing customers with a level of customer service that is non existent in business today ( I've worked with a number of companies in different fields). They even inspired me to upgrade the level of customer service with my own business. Media Genius deserves a 6 star rating and I can't wait to use them again.

We loved Media Genius! I was referred to them by a friend who had just used them several weeks before. They were extremely friendly and proficient from the first phone call and booking the installation to the 2 friendly gentleman who came to the house! The young men were professional, polite, and friendly! They even brought a mini vacuum to clean up afterwards. Totally unexpected and awesome.

If any company deserves a 5 star review this company does. My experience with Media Genius started with a call I placed to the company after their normal working hours. Expecting to just leave a VM, I was pleasantly surprised when Christina answered the phone. let me tell you right here and now; this is one of the most professional personI have EVER dealt with!! She was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and was even able to schedule me the following day!!

Now to the install. When I started reading the reviews on their website everyone noted what a wonderful experience they had with the technician Keith so I asked Christina if she could have Keith do my wall mounting of my flat screen. her response was "I can make that happen!" What service!! .

Keith arrived timely and was a true professional. I really enjoyed interacting with him. He explained what he was doing, He explained what the costs were and did an efficient , professional job.

i'm not sure if the two of them have an ownership interest in the company however they don't I would advise the owner to do whatever it takes to keep them.

There is no doubt that Media Genius will be doing the work that I have to get done in the future including a home theater and the wall mounting of additional TVs.

Lastly, they are really competitively priced for the services they provide. Kudos to you Christina and Keith!!!
