Breakfast sandwiches were both burnt. The breading had a completely burnt edge all the way around. Ruined the taste of the food and we couldn't go back to return it. They weren't busy and they could've redone the muffins. They had to have noticed and just ignored it. Our son doesn't get out much as we live so far out. Very disappointing 😕

It’s McDonald’s, I’m not expecting anything more but when I’m paying $8 for a single breakfast sandwich it would be nice if they got the order right. The prices are much higher than they were even 5-6 years ago so if you’re taking your family or multiple people then be prepared to shell out some dough. The food itself is always fresh and have never had an issue with the quality.

First time eating at McDonald’s in years. Also first time having a Big Mac in my life. Overall a very average experience.

All ordering is done yourself on a screen, only one screen was open out of 4 so you could feel the pressure from other guests to put in your order.

The prices have gone up so much you’re better off getting a burger at any burger place.

The Big Mac had a uniform taste and texture throughout. It’s just patty, shredded lettuce and Mac sauce. Pretty slippery and lacking depth.

Overall the convenience, speed and relative cheaper cost makes up for the lack of quality.

Great hospitality which is rare these days in fast food! Lines were long but everyone was served fast and friendly. If you're deciding on a quick night to eat for your road trip go here!

I have visited this McDonald’s 3 weeks in a row on either a Tuesday or Wednesday at approximately 7:30pm. Every single time their “ice cream machine is broken or unavailable”. Usually people get ice cream for dessert after dinner time in the evening.
What time does this McDonald’s serve ice cream?

When you walk into a restaurant as a paying customer, there should be customer service. They don't even have the menu on screen anymore and expect you to do their job by using a keyosk to put in your own order. If I need to do that I feel I should get a discount for doing part of the work.

Drive thru service was terrible, the lady taking our order kept messing it up and stopping the order before we were done ordering, then proceeded to start getting upset and being disrespectful to us, then pull up to the window to pay, they got our order wrong, then pull up to the food window, they still got our order wrong. Do NOT go to this McDonald's, they're very disrespectful to their customers and apparently can't get their order right the first 2 times.
