I just had the most wonderful experience training with Mr. Haitham from MaxxLite Signs. He was so patient, kind, and informative. They really do care about their customers. I am 65 years old, so it takes me a little more time to grasp new concepts at times. However, he took about hour out of his day to walk me through the program. They are always ready and willing to help, as they have done before I even did the training. This sign has helped to grow our church membership a lot. The entire staff at MaxxLite provide the best customer service one could ask for. Despite being located in 2000 miles away in Florida, we have been receiving constant and immediate customer support for our LED Roadsign.
