What a biased new publication company. I mean what shame that now a day a news publication can widely swing to one side with tabloid material and not even real news.

Haven't received the paper since last week. Called yesterday about it and was on the phone for an hour and a half trying to get through. Still no paper today.

Updated: Called back to report that we were missing the paper today and they offered to credit TWENTY ONE CENTS per missing paper to the account. Blamed it on a new delivery driver who didn't know we were supposed to be receiving the paper. Very poor customer service.
