Graham and Mrs. Mary may be pleasant, but my experience with their services was deeply disappointing. I had anticipated a long-term partnership, but the quality of the magazines produced was unacceptable. The outdated systems they employ do not meet current printing standards. To my astonishment, they printed the back cover as the front cover, a basic error that a professional printing company should never make. The front cover was clearly identifiable with a barcode, typical for magazines, yet this fundamental detail was overlooked.

Additionally, the pages were formatted correctly, but the final print had each page misaligned, resulting in a product that was not only embarrassing but also damaging to our reputation. The presence of an outdated white border further diminished the overall quality. What's more, the owner failed to issue any form of apology, showing a lack of accountability.

In contrast, another company took the same format and produced an outstanding magazine with modern standards. I regret this situation immensely, as I had hoped to collaborate with them on multiple projects. I would have been willing to overlook their mistake and even pay for corrections if the owner had demonstrated any concern for the issue.
