I have owned a construction company for over 20 years. Today I had to have a customers service moved. I have never dealt with a more competent and caring utility company in my life! I wish they serviced my area. I would definitely switch.

Fast, actual fiber speeds. Super reliable, the only time I’ve had to talk to a tech, his knowledge was absolutely beyond amazing. Everyone working there is super nice. After having cable companies my entire life, it’s so nice to have good service, and a nice people. Just wanted to throw a thanks out to the entire team for being amazing

Been over 3 weeks since requesting service. Still not hooked up. No updates given on timeline. When I call office, they can't give timeline either. It's unfortunate that rural areas are limited to one ISP and have no other options. For internet service, library works great and is free!

I had many services before them. I'm so glad they took over my area (from Frontier). Their installation was beautiful. They have never ever let me down, and the people in their office are so great to deal with. Moreover, they're highly engaged with their community. Truly appreciate them.

Alot better than frontier but I did loose service a few days or more of service due to bad equipment that has been switched out for the same box/router/design but staff is polite, I'm not displeased with the service it's been a few months, not bad. UPDATE: I went through a couple of routers but last few months no problems 👍 I think we are good to go!

Install of internet service went well. The workers were diligent and accommodating! I look forward to the final hookup at the house that was scheduled with us the very next after the install of the lines was completed. This has been an excellent experience for us!

4/1/24 Supplemental: the install went well. Our thoughts on placement of the various hardware was utilized. The crew was professional and friendly. The internet speed is impressive to say the least.

4/8/24 Supplemental: called tech support with a question. Andrew spent 10 or more minutes with me going into detail what I might try to see if my issue relates to my using VPN and/or the limitations of my wireless card. Andrew knows his stuff.
5/11 I called tech support as we had a lightning strike in the area and I found myself without internet. Answering the call was William who was out to the house within the hour. As it turns out the router had been damaged because of the power surge. The router was replaced and configured. Thanks again to Marquette Adams. I could not be more satisfied.

Every excuse not to help or fix the wifi situation at Holiday Shores. It seems they do not have the experience or knowledge of how to handle large wifi networks. It's too bad this is the only provider available yet they don't seem to care to remedy the situation...

Customer service was nice but not knowledgeable about networking.

Add some additional access points and/or change the wifi names (ex. Holiday Shores 1, Holiday Shores 2) on them so that there is no signal interference or confusion when trying to connect a computer that is directly in between the established access points. The idea is that you could pick the specific AP network that provides a higher quality connection depending upon where you are throughout the park.

I have paid a few times for service because the 5 minute trial works and then the internet continually disconnects (unstable connection error with 3 bars) because the computer can't decide which tower to use signal from.

This is a very simple solution to an issue that has yet to be resolved in my three years as a seasonal camper here.

Great service! Have not had an issue yet. Wish I did not have to pay for cable and landline but at the same time I understand they have to make some money. Coming from Madison I am impressed. Have not had an issue with connection once, something I cannot say about Spectrum.
