Items not completed on time. I called a week after posted due date & was told the team "store" was still open. It closed 2 weeks before. Then it was we just haven't processed the order. Today it was a message from the coach indicating that those of us with orders with issues needed to get it done so everyone could get their items. Staff confirmed it was their issue with communication and stock issues BUT it would have been nice to know back on the original due date that there were issues instead of me having to call and find out the entire order had not been processed at all by Sept 1, 2021. They were very apologetic but I feel horrible that I've encouraged others to contact them for group orders before finding out their carry through is poor. Still didn't get a delivery date....

Longhorn Marketing has always given the Humane Society and the Harness Horseman's group quick and excellent service. Would highly recommend them for shirts, hats, signage or any other marketing needs
