Showed up way ahead of my 7 am pick up schedule. Office lady allowed me to use their parking to wait till morning. Check in stars at 7 am, door provided few minutes later. Quickly loaded,paperwork ready moments later. Friendly, professional and efficient staff.

Checked in pretty early for a 3 p.m. appointment. Was asked to wait on the street and will get a door closer to the appointment time. Got a call around 2 p.m. for a door. Make sure your reefer is running and you keep your door closed, slide tandems back, and park 5 feet away from the door. Someone will come out to have you open your doors and bump dock. Chock Wheels and Disconnect Red Airlines. Once loaded, wait for a call from the office for the BOLs. Porter-potty for restroom. Make sure you have paper if blowing in the hole. Over all not a bad experience.

Was good about keeping my scheduled drop off appointment. Took about 45 min to unload and another 30 min to get my paperwork back .

Takes longer to get paperwork than it does to get the load on the truck. Slow is an understatement. Had my trailer precooled checked in 1.5 hours early 4.5 hrs later still waiting on paperwork. Watched shift change and all. Pathetic on efficiency. No break room no sink nothing just some nasty porta johns.

They say you can check into the facility 2 hours before appointment time, well I checked in at 1330 for my 1530 appointment it is now 1730 and just now got the first pallet on my trailer. WTF! WHY do these places have appointments for they never keep them makes no sense but by God if you miss your time all hell breaks loose so why can't we hold these facilities to the same as if we miss an appointment time. The only thing I like about it here is the people loading me very nice cool guys, thanks to them it calmed me down a little but I'm still going to be way late getting to my house now because of the facilities BS not keeping time.

Unless you are forced dispatch with 100% reimbursement? Never ever pay late fees at pick-up. It takes brokers and dispatchers 2-5 business days to reschedule a pick-up and reschedule all deliveries that are commonly already scheduled. Upon leaving charge 3x normal line haul rate to broker or carrier to return. They can’t replace truckers as easy as they claim. When I walked out of shipping, they pleaded with me waving their “fees”

I run container so take this however. On average my load time is about 30 to 40 minutes here. They no longer allow you to park here they direct you to the petro down the rode. The staff are great people. Polite and helpful. They treat you right. The only draw back is getting your paperwork work. Sometimes it could be 10 to 15 minutes after your loaded or unloaded Sometimes it could be up to an hour.
