I was very impressed with my first interaction with Lime Biscuit. They designed me a beautiful logo and business cards. However, my experience with them this year has been absolutely terrible. I needed to have my logo adjusted, a little SEO help and new cards ordered. I made several phone calls that were never returned. A location change was blamed on that. I sent a few emails too with no replies as well. I was finally able to get someone on the phone to discuss my needs and have received the same run around. After I told them my new needs I was told I would be getting a call from two different people. I received an invoice and nothing else. There was no discussion of what I needed. No visit scheduled. No proofs to see. Nothing. No communication at all outside of a $350 invoice for business cards that were never seen or approved. For a company that works to better businesses they need to better themselves first. I do not recommend Lime Biscuit.

Andrew, Mark, and Sherry are amazing! Andrew's design skills are unsurpassed! I absolutely LOVE the logo he designed for my counseling practice. He and Mark understand the importance of branding and how a logo is a first line of communication with your client. HIGHLY recommend Lime Biscuit!! Plus, the business cards are beautiful. Not your every day paper card. I actually have people ask me about them all the time. Seriously. You can't go wrong.

Lime is the FIRST place that I go for help with anything related to branding at my office. They do so many things, but specifically I have trusted them with all of the following:

- Design a custom logo from scratch for broad usage
- Vinyl lettering on tumblers to give as gifts to guests
- Directional signage for the interior & exterior of our facility

Lime Biscuit has designed a couple of different shirts for our student ministry now, and they have both turned out amazing. It's so cool to see students wearing their shirts so often, too.
