Carlos at Lido Video did our Wedding Highlight Video and it is absolutely amazing! Carlos was super involved & responsive throughout the whole process. He takes the time to call, check-in, and make sure your get everything you want for your video. Carlos provided all of the raw footage almost instantly and then went to work on the edits. He promised the video in 6-8 weeks, and delivered around 7 weeks which was perfect. Carlos obviously really enjoys what he does and is incredible at it. Carlos and his team simply nailed it! The entire experience was seamless. From the beginning to end, Carlos was extremely professional and responded in a timely manner. When wedding day was approaching, Carlos was sure to give me a call to run through final details, to make sure everyone was on the same page for day of. The day of our wedding, Carlos and team were like flies on the wall, we barely even noticed they were there. They captured everything we hoped they would, and the final video turned out better than we could have ever imagined and was delivered when promised (maybe even sooner).
