Level One has been an impeccable business to deal with. We had initially hired a "web designer" to create our website and after tolerating a year of serious mishaps including not having a website that was functional AND bringing down my email so we could not be reached for 4 days, I fired the initial company and I called Level One. WHAT A FIND!! Phenomenal listening skills, great customer service, diligent follow-up and great guidance. Whenever I need something updated, I just call them and they handle it, immediately. They also maintain my site and that is something I would never have the time or knowledge to do. You really need a true web design company and Level One is that! PLEASE NEVER LEAVE ME LEVEL ONE!!!
