Commercial Drivers Beware!!! This place is filled with negligent, arrogant, and deprived of morals people. I came to pick up the load during snow. They failed to clean the signs to be visible. So, I made the turn where I saw it fits for the semi truck to make turn and back in to the dock. So, I drove over the snow what appeared to be an uncleaned parking lot and stopped in front of the docks. I pushed the bell at the front receiving door and an arrogant, apparently in bad mood female came out stating right away that I can't park there and that I drove over the grass. I said politely that there were no signs and no cleaning of snow. Long story short, they called police unit on me. I went to talk to the manager Jeff, showed him pictures of blemished signs and covered with snow asphalt, but it didn't mean anything and he said to call my broker as other truck maybe coming. He did confirm that their policy requires police presence if property damage occurs. But I avoided backing and damaging their trucks, I also told this to Jeff. I went to the shipping door again, and the same female stated that they were not going to load me. I attach all the pictures. They blamed theylir neglected property management on me, caused loss of my time and fuel for 104 miles deadhead.

I am so disappointed in this company. They used to care about their employees, but I've watched as management has changed hands and caring for the employees has gone out the door, but heaven forbid let's not get that panel count down. I used to recommend this place to everyone and I respected the people here, but the lying and backstabbing that I've seen go on by upper management is disgusting. No one has a back bone.
