I've been with Kingsburg, media since they started. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone in the office and in the field are very professional and friendly. Internet is constantly going down, laggy, and you’re lucky if they respond to your texts promptly. I have been waiting over a month for someone to review the account and get back to me. Will be switching ISPs soon.

Absolutely the worse internet I've dealt with in my whole life. I regret leaving unwired daily, I curl in a ball and cradle myself because 75% of the time the internet is off. If I get to hot, it shuts off. It's the sun is out, it shuts off. When the casino hits a handpayout the internet goes out.. #Done
