Requested and obtained a quote for outdoor signage. When I didn’t hire his company, Scott sent a very unprofessional and disrespectful email. His actions confirmed I made the right decision and I do not recommend him or Kendall Printing & Signs!

Horrible service!
The owner himself is very uncourteous unprofessional and does not stand by his or his people's work!
I had to make me business cards one time with my old number on them and he did a good job.

A year or two down the road I need a new cards with a new number.
I had this totally differently designed and when they sent me the proofs all I looked at were the designs and not the phone number well they put the wrong phone number on them and went ahead and printed it like that.
They even refuse to give me a discount let alone my money back or to redo the cards correctly like they should have what were the cards good for me with the wrong number on them

I was looking at your graphics not your ability to remember my phone number

WOW! After seeing the horrible responses to all of the other negative reviews, I just have to put it out there so NO ONE uses this business!

Did less than average work on our trailer lettering, crooked lettering/wrinkles- asked for it to be fixed- poor responses, unprofessional service. He then charged us for a truck wrap, that was never completed, and proceeded to file a lawsuit against us for not paying for work never completed.
The last communication we had with this business was well over a year ago, and the lawsuit paperwork showed up today!

First time customer I needed a large check made they were very efficient to make the check and did a great job!! Very reasonable!!!! I will return for future business!!! Staff very very friendly and most helpful!!!

*SCAM* The owner Scott is super unprofessional and a horrible businessman. If that’s what you even want to call him. The lady at the front desk is very nice but other than that the whole business is a Scam! He lied to me and told me it’s going to be this much than changes the price and makes my sign smaller. He is a disgrace to do business with. Stay away from this business and please go somewhere else. Complete waste of time!

I ordered expedited flyers and pens for an election. I was told they would be in on time. I had to call them repeatedly to get the flyers and the pens arrived at the end of the last campaign day. Although we agreed to a reduced price, they charged my card the prior price anyway. Terrible communication, terrible planning, go elsewhere!

Edit: They went back and credited me the difference. That was a stand up thing to do so I added 2 stars and this edit.

This place is the worst. We paid them up front for a new sign and letters. The sign worked for about a month and now it won't hold the letters. It was installed incorrectly. The owner, Scott is never in the office and won't return our phone calls. This is for a NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION - we keep getting the run around. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They are scam artists - you would be better off going with another company because they do not stand by their work and they do a terrible job!
