At our store we get requests to print onto t-shirt transfer material that is only compatible with inkjet printers. While we have inkjet machines, we don't have one that accepts 8.5 x 11" sheets, the size of the transfer material, so we had been recommending everyone with that request to JenTees for probably about a decade. I've probably made a hundred referrals to JenTees!

While I was in ordering some pens, I asked them about all of the people we had recommended to them for the t-shirt transfers, and they informed me they have never had that ability to print on inkjet t-shirt transfers. Which obviously left me quite confused!

I am incredibly disappointed that JenTees never once called us to set us straight. I told everyone at our business, and they were also disappointed that JenTees decided, continuously, not to give us the feedback.

We also ordered some pens from JenTees, and were not impressed. Not only do they not imprint the pens themselves, but the quality of the pens they supplied us with was not acceptable. 5-10% of the pens we received did not write, and about 30% of the pens were not fully assembled (missing tip, cap not screwed on).

Great service, and willing to go the extra mile (or five!) to help us get exactly the product we wanted. We needed 1500 pencil bags for a project our team designed to help busy parents keep their young children engaged while waiting for appointments, traveling, dining out, etc. The bags we spec'd were only available in small quantities online, but Jentees was able to work a deal to source the bags we needed in the quantity we needed, and then figured out how to screen print our logo on them. Contacted JenTees for custom sweatshirts for a Lansing-area team sport that needed both embroidery and heat-pressed last names on the back for 30+ kids. We couldn’t be more pleased: the embroidery was impeccable, the names were exactly what we wanted & the sweatshirts themselves were super-soft and comfortable. Everyone who has seen our team gear has showered us with compliments. All this at a fantastic price, wonderful service and prompt and reliable delivery. We’ll be ordering again- even from Lansing!

Positives and negatives. Very nice, polite and helpful and professional, however after using a couple other companies prior and receiving quotes for printing on shirt and sweater hoodies they were almost twice the price. They penalize you for not buying the shirts through them (they obviously mark them up substantially (almost $200 penalty for not buying through them), they call it a "screen prep provided goods" that they claim would have gone away if I purchased shirts through them (which likely would break even with Mark up). The other two places I've had the same work done did not do this. They were also 2-3 weeks out (which I assume means business is great and good for them) but definitely not the case elsewhere. When looking for full zip hoodies for my guys they were approximately $50 a piece for their cheapest hoodie while we were getting much better quality hoodies with more printing added elsewhere for less that $30 a piece.
In closing, nothing against the company and if this works for them then amen to capitalism but can definitely save a substantial amount of $ elsewhere. 24 Lower quality full zip hoodies at Jentees $1184, 24 higher quality full zip hoodies with more printing elsewhere $700. That is a substantial difference. Shop around, it might be worth it. I do have to say that their employees are excellent and treated us with respect, which does go a long way today.

I have been working with Jentees for 14 years plus. They are just AMAZING! The staff is very friendly and are willing to work with your ideas and offers great suggestions. They go out of their way to take care of the customer and pride themselves on good workmanship and awesome quality of work. I have used them for all my orders from small to large with companies I have been affiliated with over the years. -Parkway Chrysler, Regina High School Softball, Warren Mott High Softball, Macomb Community College Softball, Michigan Senior Women Hockey League. Wolverine Harley-Davidson, and many other little jobs... Their embroidery is perfect and the Silk Screening will last forever! I personally have items that the silk screen looks like I just got it and the items is over 10 years old... Their turn around time is super fast and always very professional!
