John went above and beyond for me on my website. We met in person over coffee for a free consultation. There he walked me through every step and gave me little work to do then he turned around my website VERY quick! At my office each remote agent is advised to get a landing page and our marketing team even provides them for free. Its safe to say that the website that John created for me blows their pages out of the water since I consistently get ask by those agents who did my website. As any entrepreneur could imagine, developing a small business that requires an effective online presence is terrifying for someone who is not strong with computers. It was a daunting task prior to meeting John.

Prior to meeting John I had spent a lot of time on Wix and Squarespace with very limited reach and an extremely low conversion rate. Most of the strategies to help drive business were unavailable on these platforms.

From the very beginning John made me feel comfortable and took a lot of time talking to me about the development process and options to address our needs. He simply does an amazing job with relating to the client and sourcing realistic solutions to the challenges we identified.

He is easy to talk to and I never felt like I couldn't be honest with him about my thoughts on a design or concept. He is super open minded about the approach and is always available for last minute questions.

I was very relieved when I first viewed the custom management dashboard they designed for us on the back end, complete with how to videos for all of the basic functions of the website. For a non-computer guy this was extremely important.

To say I am happy with the services we were provided would be an understatement and a disservice to the hard work he and his team put forward. I cannot recommend JBMD enough for your digital marketing needs.
