RV one nighter. Quiet. Close to main bypass. No way to pay for reservations in person. NO one told me we could make a reservation online and pay for it. No communication, from start to finish. Finally got it paid for. Never again

Unlevel lots. Some power and maintenance issues. Difficult to rate a budget RV park without mentioning some of the nutty people I find in Mobile home/ RV Parks. Children and Pets seem well accepted.

These are the sweetest people. They helped me out tremendously when my truck broke down while towing my camper. Had to lay over there for a few days while my truck was in the shop. Thank you very much and God Bless!

Overnight sites are paved, sandwiched in, hookups inconvenient for motorhome length. Really noisy long termers and road noise. Sketchy Apts backed up to overnight spaces.
Ok for a quick overnight spot to just get off the road. But nothing else.
Definitely not worth the 40.00 / night even on a holiday weekend.
The only reason review is a 2 is because location met our needs for quick overnight stay on our way.

Hard pass. It’s old and outdated. Every camper and mobile home is at LEAST 12 years old. Every yard is trash and full of junk. There’s only about 2-3 nicer campers. Their office “sign” at the entrance is made out of a garage door for crying out loud. But they had the audacity to ask how old our camper was when we were trying to find a spot while here for work. No thanks. I suggest to keep driving.

Stayed in the RV park in one of the 15 pull through sites with our 40’ Class A Winnebago Motor home. Full hook-up for our 50 amp, (30 amp available for smaller rigs). Hook-up for sewer and water worked well. Very convenient location for restaurants and shopping centers. Stayed for 42 days while purchasing a home in Jackson. Relocating from upstate NY. The park owner was very accommodating in reserving a spot for our stay. He was very personable, customer oriented and takes pride in maintaining the grounds. I met many of the permanent mobile home park residents while walking my dog 3 to 4 times per day. All very friendly! I would recommend this park for self contained RV’s. It is not a KOA, but it served well for our lengthy house hunt and real estate transaction. Free wi-fi worked great. No outages.||||Martin Curtis

Being an mobile RV repair technician, I'm in this park a lot. Overall, it's a good place. It's got some age to it, but the owner and his staff do a good job in keeping the place up. I especially like this place in the summer because of all the shade. I would recommend this place for someone who is just passing through or someone who is staying a couple months. It can accommodate either type of traveler.

Paid for the night online. Pulled in and immediately pulled out. This place looked sketchy to say the least. No office and no one to talk to. Long term residents and mobile homes were very dated and run down looking. My wife said now way keep moving.
