I don’t know why it’s a lot negative reviews, but they were good. My appointment was 4pm I show up at midnight next day they load me and leave in 30 min honestly I thought they wouldn’t not but they did. So Thank You guys !!

Please if you are working with the ONIN STAFFING temp agency do NOT ! work at this LOCATION on van Buren & Tolleson off the 101
And ! I am out of shock and and lost for words how the management lead / team went behind my back without even Atleast letting me know what I did was incorrect or if I was back talking (which I don’t not even have any clue or remember anything about that issue ) which if it WAS they could’ve let me know or or pulled me to the side
To give me the FYI but not even that they proceeded to act friendly in-front of my face throughout of me driving 25 Miles from el mirage to Tolleson every morning . Till today I was given a notice my assignment was terminated even knowing all these false statements /claims were being told to ONIN STAFFING agency . Please stay away from Carilla very Rude backstabbing lady along with Denise WHO DID NOT DO HER JOB as a team lead to even let me know what were these unknown issues about ME . Which lead me to loose my job over HATERES - Envy please people DENISE & Carilla are unprofessional supervisors who will go behind your back to get you Terminated just because they felt some type of way about something or anything . I was the accurate worker at that warehouse . Those women are all rude feminists can’t stand men who work HARD for there money .

Delivered a load here. Check in on north side of building at “shipping” door. Check in was great, gal inside was super friendly. Given a door right away. Went to south side and got docked, sat for an hour and a half with no activity so went back to dock door and flagged down a fork driver. Very rude, she told me “we don’t live unload, you need to drop your trailer”. I don’t drop my trailer anywhere so this was a problem. Called broker, they called over and raised a fuss, finally empty after 3.5 hours. Very obvious disconnect from the shipping side and the receiving side.

Arrived 45 min prior to appointment, backing into the dock was a bit tight, I was pleasant and courteous to the staff and they responded in kind. Approximately 1.5 hours to load. No amenities noted, spent the night no problem. No dumpsters noted on site. Location is closed at night so very little traffic, peaceful night. 83 tv channels with antenna.

We had extra load bars. Forklift driver made us take them off. Told him he would be good he said no I can't do it. In the end he could've. Can't fix stupid.

Appointment at 3pm. Gave me the runaround. Got a door at 5:30pm. Still waiting for them to finish loading. Shippers and receivers NEED to realize that when we hit the dock you're on our time NOT yours. After the 2 hour period ALL shippers and receivers should be fined $1000 per hour paid to the driver.
