Great internet provider..if something is wrong leif will answer his phone night or day and fix the problem fast.. Speeds were good too.. Highly recommend

Best customer service, hands down! Tech support is available 24/7, MOST important! Office staff and install guys were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Horizon Wireless was fabulous to work with in our new home. The front office staff was considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. The technician support on the phone which is 24/7 hour service was excellent. We decided to move our existing router and modem, and the technician was polite, considerate, knowledgeable , and answered each of my questions throughly. I have never had service like this from any other wireless company. Call them if you want amazing service both technical and of course high speed internet which works beautifully. Thank you Horizon Wireless for giving customer service which made me want to write a review!

Decade-long user & fan of GCI. They weren’t available in our neighborhood. Got hooked up with Horizon - and WOW. Most consistent speed & signal I’ve ever had. Installation was professional and looks great. Extremely pleased - thanks Horizon!

Great customer service! Only regret is I had to use tech support shortly after install due to the internet dropping but even though it was 10pm I was still able to find a number and get ahold of someone that knew what they were doing and fix the problem promptly. With NO digging through the abyss of the innterwebs for a number to call or being forced through endless phone promts to reach a customer service representative that forwards you to the tech guy that says his manager has to handle it.. NONE of that nonsense, and it was refreshing. It also hasn't dropped internet sense so they actually fixed the issue. Significant improvement over other internet providers in town.

Great service. Horizon offers the most reliable and usable Internet in the Homer / Anchor Point area. I've had their wireless Internet service for 6+ years. It's been reliable and I get the speed I pay for all hours of the day. No peak hours slow down like their competitors.

We have had several people contact their IT support multiple times with zero return calls. I have tried to email them through their website and it won't go through. I call their IT support line again and it tells me to hit #1 if I want to speak with someone, so I hit the #1 and it tells me that's an invalid entry and that it's disconnecting. I have no idea what is going on with Horizon but this type of service is horrible and unacceptable.

Great people, great service! This company went above and beyond to provide me with internet service. There was some issues getting service to my property in Ninilchik but this team made it happen and I now have affordable and reliable internet service accompanied with great customer service! I definitely recommend this company to everyone!
