I was so impressed with Steve and his staff. From the moment I first contacted him to the sincere thank you card I recieved it was a quality experience. Not only did Steve spend hours with us discussing music choices but he was ESSENTIAL to the timeline process of our special day. Why get an amazing band for your reception if you don't get to spend time dancing? We've been to waaaay too many weddings that went so long we hardly had any dancing time. Steve taught us his little tricks and made sure the timeline was flawless. Outstanding company!

If you want to have an amazing band at your wedding, you seriously do not need to look any further. They played for our wedding at the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay and booking them was one of the best decisions we made in planning the wedding.

I've been to a lot of weddings and seen a lot of wedding bands, and Hip Service blew every other band away. No kidding. Our guests are still talking about it. As a music freak, I had high expectations and the band thoroughly surpassed them. Our guests were out of their seats and dancing from the minute the first song started until the reception was over. The sound was great, the energy was awesome , and they learned "our" songs for us. Music selection was current (Maroon 5, Lady Gaga ..) plus other killer dance hits and the performance was fantastic. In a music world more about technology than artistry - we freaking loved the stellar musicianship of Hip Service.

I was blown away, and honestly touched, by the professionalism, helpfulness and overall niceness of Hip Entertainment as a company. They held our hand through the whole process. Steve Bloom is very knowledgeable, patient (I admit it.. we required patience) and just a cool, creative guy. He helped us with the whole wedding timeline, arranged for the band to provide amazing live dinner music (total crowd pleaser) and the after party DJ (awesome!). Since I found them, I'm the hero. Which is a nice way to start out married life. Highly, highly recommend.
